2017 Iowa golf event raises record amount

The second annual Kids' Chance of Iowa golf event, on Monday, May 22nd, provided Linda Williams, Executive Director, with a clear future for the Iowa golf event, "I'm so excited! Wow, what a great day. I can see that the Iowa golf fundraisier is going to contine to grow and be a great source of revenue for Kids Chance of Iowa."

"The weather was clear, we had 80 golfers and raised $13,000! We can see this is going to get bigger year after year," said David Kaiser, President and Board Chairman.

"It's such a fun and relaxed group of people. I really wanted to win the drone in the raffle, but there's always next year," said Ryan Jirak, SFM Marketer.

"Due to this great growth, we've got some changes already in the works for next year, including hosting the event at the Echo Valley Country Club. We're really looking forward to it and can't wait to see an even bigger group there next year. It should be warmer too as we moved the event back a little to Monday, June 4th," said Williams.
